Gainesville grew fast, and many of its kitchens are only a few years old. New equipment breaks down less often. When it does, the cause is often the way it was set up.
Install problems that show up in summer
The usual culprits are a condensing unit squeezed into a corner where it can’t get air, a drain line without enough slope, or a walk-in door that was never adjusted after the box went in. Plenty of these sit quietly through the first spring and then cause trouble in the first really hot stretch, when the system has to work hardest.
If the unit’s only a year or two old, dig out the warranty paperwork as well. Some manufacturers only pay when their own authorized company does the work, and the dealer can tell you whether that applies. If it doesn’t, we’ll take the job.
Adding or replacing equipment
If you’re in one of the shopping centers around Virginia Gateway and you’re adding a cooler or swapping out an old one, our installation page covers new and replacement equipment. For a case that’s already running warm, start with display case repair or give us a call. Gainesville is ZIP 20155, and the rest of Prince William County is covered too.
