You don’t have to figure out the cause before you call. Just tell us what you’re seeing, like the box reading 46 or water pooling under the evaporator, and the tech will sort out what’s behind it. If product is warming up right now, skip the reading and go to emergency service or just call.
For the stuff that keeps things from breaking in the first place, there’s preventive maintenance. Everything here is commercial equipment. We don’t do home fridges or residential AC.
